Academic Awards for Excellence in Management Education

To recognise the contribution of professionals and students in the area of management, BMA Awards for Excellence in Management Education was initiated. As per the tradition of BMA, we invite all the management institutes (only PG) in Mumbai to participate in the “BMA awards for Excellence in Management Education, 2022” in the category of Best Management Institute (Govt. and Pvt – Category 1,2 and 3), Best Management Faculty (More than one domain areas) and Best Management Student. Explanatory notes for each category are given in the forms attached).
An independent expert committee comprising members from Academia, Industry and Consulting background headed by Padma Vibhushan Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar as Chief Jury would select the winners. A robust and foolproof evaluation process is involved in the final evaluation of the winners of these awards.
A quantitative approach using a constant sum scale, weighted average method and the total score comparison, is used for each category. There are various parameters, each with two or more variables with weightage assigned as per their significance in contributions towards management education.
The awards will be conferred during the Annual Awards Function on 25th March 2023. We will soon share the details with you.

Entry Fees: (Cheque to be drawn in favour of Bombay Management Association)
- Institute – Rs 3000/- (+ taxes)
- 1Faculty – Rs 2000/- and Rs. 1000/- per additional Faculty (+ taxes)
- Student – Rs 1000/- (+ taxes)
