INNOTHON 

Solving Complex situations at work isn’t an easy task. If you are a leader or a HR Professional you need not take all the stress alone. You can solve the critical issues your organisation faces by simply reaching out to us. At BMA we have an initiative called INNOTHON. A special team of managers and students from top MBA colleges will be assigned to understand your organisation’s problems. This special team will then visit your workplace, identify important aspects and give fresh alternatives and solutions for all the problems. So nothing hinders the growth of the organisation.

A tripartite collaboration of the young brains, professors, along with managers and leaders and industry professionals.

‘INNOTHON’ presents management students with a real business challenge for which they have to propose a solution. The business problems will be presented by the participating organizations which can be corporates and family businesses or MSMEs.

1. Every participating organization provides a problem statement .
2. A team of four to five students work as consultants to the participating organization supported by a faculty advisor and BMA-appointed top notch industry experts.
3. Each team conducts the research including primary and secondary research and presents the recommendations well as their findings to the participating organization’s Every participating organization crowdsources solutions from at least 3-4 teams.

On the last day of the competition, the best solution chosen by every participating organization becomes eligible for the final round of INNOTHON. All these finalists showcase and present their innovative solutions to a panel of elite external jury, to compete for the coveted ACC Dandekar Memorial Trophy .
