LeaderNXT is a (4-month Transformational Leadership Program) offered jointly by BMA and JBIMS. If you want to fast track Your professional journey, this is THE program for YOU. It encompasses 10 futuristic people Skills and digital skills identified by World Economic Forum, necessary for the Future-proofing Leadership.

LeaderNXT has been developed after an extensive need assessment analysis to understand the skills required in the post-CoViD age and essentials of digital literacy. You will be trained and mentored by global practising Industry Leaders and practising Management educators. We have designed a robust project based curriculum with a futuristic vision.

HOW TO APPLY: High performing executives with a work experience of at least 7-8 years, nominated by their organisations. One can apply independently also for the The new edition of LeaderNXT . The program has been customised for the new normal and digital experience.
The participants will receive a Joint Certification from Bombay Management Association and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai at the end of the programme.
BATCH SIZE: 30 seats ONLY
DURATION: 4 months, with 3 Sessions per week ( 1 on Wednesday Evening and 2 Sessions on Saturday)
