The highlights of this book Megaliving. – The 200 master secrets of successful living. – Timeless wisdom to nourish your mind, body, soul.-21 ways to create lasting peace and happiness -a precise formula to attract wealth and prosperity-proven techniques to erase the worry habit.

The book is crammed with wise sayings, poignant quotes and plain good advice, such as, “Maintain and nurture your friendships,” and “Feed your mind with good books, as books contain a wealth of knowledge and experience for you to tap into”.

For anyone who is looking for a concise self-improvement book, this is a great choice.

It is a nice Book divided in four parts: – Part I: includes The Megaliving! Philosophy, Part II: consists of The 200 Powerful Master Secrets for Megaliving, Part III: has The Megaliving 30 Day Program, part IV: the megaliving! Success log.

The author taught us how to achieve Mastery of the Mind, Body and Character. And he tells us the secrets of Mastering Our Body and how to Attaining Public Excellence and Private Victory through your Character.

This book contains also a 30 days success program. The book contains success principles which are applicable practically in real time. There is no fiction. This book wakes you up.

You feel very encouraged, lifted, inspired while you are read each word in this book. If we follow the principles in this book our life will be have real meaning. I picked some principles from this book which suit my lifestyle and started to follow and saw some results.

The author has given us in part II the 200 Powerful Master Secrets for Megaliving; I love that part because of its simple yet powerful Secret which one can easily follow. Although some of them I just don’t think they are easy as he thinks, you know the real world is always tougher than the books world.

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny. This seems to be the central message of “Mega living”.  It helps a person in chasing and acting on his dreams

However, I personally prefer books that appeal to the emotions as well as the intellect, motivating change through stories that evoke longing rather than simply through practical suggestions.

Also, I find it rather exhausting to read a book which only advocates behavior change. Somehow, it needs to be diluted by more realistic portrayals of human experience, for example, how people try to improve and fail several times before getting it right.  Go read if you are seeking for information.
