Ajit Prabhakar Gupte is a senior business and industry leader with extensive experience in strategic management, skill development, manufacturing, and institutional growth. As CEO of AIPMA’s AMTEC, he leads initiatives focused on industry engagement, skill development, training, and industry–academia collaboration. His leadership experience includes serving as Senior Executive Vice President at Reliance Industries and contributing to the Governing Council of ESIC. A recipient of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award, he brings a strong track record in corporate strategy, CSR, business process re-engineering, and organisational transformation.
