About the Webinar: “Women at Work – Unseen Barriers”
We see her as a daughter, sister, mother and so on, “Women”! When they set out to achieve something they don’t leave a single stone unturned. The World accepts now that women are no less when it comes to dedication, hard work and their capabilities. Statistics say women constitute around 49% of the population around the world. Most of the purchase decisions are either made by women or are influenced by them. Will you believe if we tell you that yet, their representation in the leadership or workplace contributing in products and services design is low. What are the barriers that come in their way from being hired or even consulted? Are these cultural messages and deep routed that have been passed on through ages or much more than these? How do we make our workplaces more inclusive of gender and make each opinion count? It is said that “We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware we cannot help but change”. This Wednesday webinar will make us aware of these fundamental questions and its answers!
