Overview:-
Team players and good communicators have an edge over others. The workshop will focus on developing this edge by understanding the Why and How of communicating with different types of people.. The workshop incorporates a behavioural assessment to give a more complete understanding of the language of DISC and how to use it. Participants learn how to interact with others and to appreciate others behavioural styles.
The major topic areas covered are: understanding self, working effectively with others, understanding and working with different and difficult behaviour styles and seeing the plus and minus of each style. It will include assertive communication and its applications to conflict situations. Using the techniques contained in the workshop individuals and teams can open the doors of communication to help them succeed and meet their goals.
