                                     Notice of the 67^th Annual General Meeting

The 67th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Bombay Management Association shall be held on 29th May, 2021 from 6pm to 7:30pm online on Zoom, to transact the following business.

1. To read the notice convening the Meeting.
2. To read and confirm the Minutes of the 66^thAnnual General Meeting held on 4^th July, 2020.
3. To consider and adopt the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-21.
4. To consider and adopt the Balance Sheet, Statement of Accounts and Auditor’s Report for the year 2020-21.
5. To declare result of the Election of the Hon. President, Hon. Vice-President, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer for the year 2021-22, and five Hon. Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee for the years 2021-22 and 2022-23 and three Continuing Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee for the Year 2021-22, in accordance with *Rule 28 (ii) of the rules and regulations
6. To consider and reappoint Statutory Auditor M/s.  L N Maru and Co., for the Financial Year 2021-22.
7. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

On receiving your confirmation, the link & password for joining the AGM will be sent to them 2 days prior to the meeting.

This will be followed by an interactive session of members with the in-coming BMA President.

NOTES

1. If there is no quorum at the appointed time, the meeting will be adjourned and the adjourned meeting will take place after 30 minutes on the same day and at the same venue.
2. Members desiring information and / or needing clarifications with respect to the Statement of Accounts and Annual Report should send their enquiries in writing to the Executive Committee so as to reach the BMA office, at least 4 days before the date of the AGM. If the members so desire, the required information / clarification can be discussed before the AGM.
