Navigating a Hypercomplex World: The Power of Paradox by Mr. Bosco D’mello

February 26, 2021 @ 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM UTC+5.5

About the program:

We are deep in a world where complexity has given way to hyper-complexity. Human intelligence, in its current form, can no longer comprehend the intricacies of the system nor predict its future behavior.

To survive and thrive in this new normal, Leaders have to evolve their mental models. However, in a world of Paradox, there are no easy answers. Leaders need to re-boot their mindset – how they think and do – beyond simple approaches where ‘problems are to be solved’, ‘challenges are to be overcome’, and ‘finding solutions ensures success’. Mis-diagnosing issues can cause them to experience repetitive cycles of ‘fixes that fail’. This requires a shift in thinking that enables them to see more so they can do more.

The Webinar explores the power of Paradox – a unique paradigm in Leadership capability. It equips leaders to elevate their thinking and make wiser decisions, whether in Leadership Style, Business Strategy, or Personal Priorities. The ability to navigate Paradox enables them to see beyond trade-offs and respond effectively to challenges, enhance performance, and create cultures that foster innovation.
