Vaijayanti Naik is a seasoned HR and learning professional with close to three decades of experience. She has worked in leadership positions in several blue-chip organizations like the ICICI group, HDFC Chubb General Insurance, and BNP Paribas. Having led the HR function as a CHRO she believes that the HR strategy needs to be embedded in the business context for generating value. She runs an HR consulting firm and works with clients in leadership and capability development, HR advisory, change and performance management.
