The Indian economy has shown a positive growth from 2.1% in an all-time low in March 2021 to 3.1%. Whilst the economy has proven to be resilient, dynamic, and versatile, post-pandemic, there are challenges in paving a path for the future. The question lies in an analytical assessment of our strengths and weaknesses, aiming to maximize our position in the global scenario. One of our biggest assets is the large human capital but therein lies our biggest challenge. HR professionals, as the backbone of their companies, can gainfully contribute to bridge the gap between India’s position as a developing nation to developed narion status

Represented national interests in US and South East Asia. Ensured operational facilities meet total compliance and regulatory standards; ensured 100% servicability of Indian Navy’s assets and uniterrupted supplies to augment mission-criticality, operational readiness and organizational excellence during Pandemic. Adept at sourcing & procurement, comparisons, negotiations with vendors, and vendor management; conducting periodic evaluation, categorization of suppliers and setting preventive and corrective controls. Skilled in Crisis Management with top-tier capabilities at mitigating risks and defusing crises for all stakeholders; current skills at crisis communication. Proficient at all end-to-end functions related to Social Welfare involving 2000+ NCC cadets achieving high results. Excelled in liaison and relationship management – coordinated with government agencies, regulatory bodies and ministries in India and abroad. Formulated SOPs and implemented stringent systems and measures to establish and maintain high standards and protect the high-value assets of the nation. Worked as Chief Staff Officer to Naval Officer-in-Charge Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh; responsible for all aspects of Security and Welfare of two States (Operations, Training and Administration); managed over 40 ships and patrol crafts for Security of Mumbai High. Associated with Warship Overseeing Team Mumbai; answerable for Project Overseeing of Operational Aspects of five warships under construction at Mazgaon Docks Limited (MDL) in 2010-11; complete incharge of Administrative and HR functions of 118 employees. Functioned as Area Security Officer, Headquarters Maharashtra and Gujarat Naval Area responsible for formulating Security Plan (Physical and Electronic) for Mumbai and allied units post 26/11. Commissioning Project Leader for India’s first Integrated Underwater Harbour Defence and Surveillance System. Set up a world class CSD Canteen at NDA, Khadakwasla and increased the topline from INR 8 Cr to INR 18 Cr during last tenure in service. Currently training military aspirants to clear SSB, one of the most structured, comprehensive 5 day selection process in the country. Also taking motivational lectures and awareness programmes on Armed Forces in schools and colleges in Mumbai.
