Objective
Among the most well-worn phrases in today’s work environment is ‘thinking outside the box’. It means thinking creatively, freely, and off the beaten path. It’s the kind of thinking that — in an age of increasingly powerful algorithms and neural networks — garners significant attention. For now, it’s the kind of stuff that machines can’t do that well. The workshop is designed to empower the participants to dispense with constraints and generate original and innovative solutions.

Contents
Participants will understand the concepts of Status Quo, Box and Comfort Zone. Through current real world examples and experiential activities they will be empowered with the knowledge and practice for tools and techniques to step out of the box, expand their comfort zone and constantly challenge the Status Quo.

The workshop will be conducted over a day with 4 sessions of 90 mins each with two tea breaks and a lunch break in between.
