Meet the Team

The Bombay Management Association’s governance process is a key component of its ability to create value over time. The entirety of the powers of the members of the Association including financial powers and those of the management and administration of the Association is vested in the General Body of its members.

Our Executive Committee (EC) is composed of elected leaders and acts as a steering committee for the board. The main purpose of the Committee is to facilitate decision-making between executive committee meetings or in urgent and critical circumstances, it prioritizes issues for the EC to address and is responsible for overseeing policies, and ensuring good governance practices.

We regularly conducted monthly EC Meetings to report progress against our plans. As we develop, evolve and progress our strategic plan, we continually gather input through discussions and breakouts with the Executive Committee through these meetings.

BMA Registered Office :

BMA is privileged to have its office in one of the prime locations in Mumbai. The registered office of Bombay Management Association is located at Churchgate, Mumbai. Management Development Programs, Executive Committee meetings and small gatherings are organised in the BMA sea-facing conference room. Participants attending MDPs also enjoy the sea-faced view from the BMA office. Currently, the office consists of 3 employees, Dr. Jayant Kayarkar- Executive Director, Mr. R.P. Ambekar- Head Public Relations and Member Relations,  and 1 office assistant, together managing administrative and operational work of BMA. Since the lockdown restrictions are released, the BMA office is fully functional and is available during the office hours of BMA.
