Building Awareness as a Leader – The Lego Play Way (Open to All)

Overview:

As a leader in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) business environment; we are challenged to manage and successfully deliver business projects under pressure and yet retain our humane side as a leader.  This requires a deep understanding of ourselves and a greater awareness of our surroundings to succeed.

Session Objective:

This session aims at facilitating an experience using Lego Blocks and enabling meaningful interactions and harnessing insights. Each participating individual will go back enriched and with a personal list of actions at the end of this session.

Session Experience:

• To understand how we operate in a VUCA environment
• To know what is critical for successful project delivery under pressure
• To introspect any personal challenges that we may be encountering
• To discuss practical ways to perform in dynamic environments
