Cajetan D’Souza is a seasoned business leader, consultant, and academician with over four decades of experience across operations, sales, service, and executive leadership. He has held senior leadership roles with Godrej & Boyce and RSD Hi-Tech and has led a German subsidiary managing capital equipment and manufacturing operations. A passionate educator, he has taught at premier institutions including JBIMS, NMIMS, IIM Calcutta, IIM Ranchi, and MICA, and has conducted corporate training for leading organizations.
