Mr Shrikant Kshirsagar will teach basic techniques of yoga, breathing exercises for healthy us. We will be guided on how to use yoga as a tool to keep our mind and body healthy.

About the faculty: MR. SHRIKANT KSHIRSAGAR

Mr Shrikant Kshirsagar is co-founder & facilitator of ‘Yoga Sanjeevani’. He has completed masters in yoga and pursuing Ph.D-Research Scholar. After having a corporate career of almost 20 years in the Logistics and Supply Chain domain he chose to pursue his interest and passion in yoga and spirituality.

Since the year 2010, Mr Kshirsagar has conducted more than 275 sessions in various organisations & institutions like Blue Chip Org, MNCs, Public and Private undertakings facilitating over 6000 participants. He customizes yogic techniques to specific corporate requirements. Mr Kshirsagar guides on how to apply yoga tools & techniques as therapy for preventative & rehabilitative purpose for psychosomatic disorders.
