Membership at BMA

BMA offers membership to individuals, corporates, institutions, and students committed to the advancement of management thought and leadership practice. Membership applications, renewals, and updates are processed manually by the BMA Secretariat. Applicants may use the form below to submit new membership details or update KYC and contact information.

Membership Categories & Eligibility

Eligibility :
Individuals working in industrial, commercial, service, consulting, or government organisations involving management functions; professionals practicing management-related roles; or faculty teaching management subjects.
Benefits:
Access to BMA learning initiatives, preferential pricing for events, networking opportunities, and participation in forums.
Fees note :
Membership fees are applicable as per category. All fees are non-discountable and inclusive of applicable GST.
Professionals or faculty engaged in management roles or education.

Eligibility :
Any individual eligible for Individual Membership or already an Individual Member.

Life Members enjoy the same rights, privileges, and benefits as Individual Members.

Eligible or existing Individual Members (same rights as Individual).

Eligibility:

Firms, corporations (public or private), chambers of commerce, trade associations, or similar institutions interested in management development.

Nominee entitlement (Mumbai region employee strength):

  • Less than 50 employees → 1 nominee
  • 51–499 employees → 2 nominees
  • 500 or more employees → 4 nominees

Organisations interested in management development (1–4 nominees).

Eligibility:
Educational institutions teaching management subjects.

Nominee entitlement (student strength):

  • Up to 120 students → 2 nominees
  • 121 students and above → 4 nominees

Management-teaching institutions (2 or 4 nominees).

Eligibility:
Students enrolled in institutions teaching management subjects, aged not below 18 and not above 30 years during the membership period.

Student Members are not eligible to vote or stand for election.

Management students aged 18–30 years.

Eligibility:
Organisations affiliated with AIMA opting for BMA association, or professional individuals applying through or transferred under AIMA rules. Rights and privileges are governed by prevailing AIMA regulations.

  2. The BMA Secretariat reviews the submission
  3. Applicant is contacted if clarification or additional information is required

  • Membership confirmation is not automatic
  • No online payment is collected
  • Membership kits or certificates are not issued

Student membership is available only between 18 and 30 years. Eligibility is verified during review.
Used to determine nominee eligibility as per BMA rules.
Nominee eligibility is based on employee strength and reviewed by the Secretariat.
Select “Yes” only if your institution holds valid approval.
Determines the number of permitted nominees.
Submission does not guarantee membership admission.
