BMA Management Development Services on Relevance of Experiential Learning
An evening lecture on Relevance Experiential Learning was held in Dr V.N. Bedekar college Institute of Management Studies, Thane from 5pm to 8pm on 26th May,2018.
Mr.Shreekant Shiralkar, Author of the book IT THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING , conducted an engaging session for the members of Thane Chapter of BMA wherein the audience was put through group activities to demonstrate the effectiveness of gamification which essentially focuses on motivating the pupil to learn, by using a game or gaming elements in learning environment. His talk was highly beneficial in enabling new way of teaching using experiential learning and also for industry how to apply this method for staff development.
The 20 plus participants actively participated in the interactive session.
