 BMA Conduct an Evening with Expert on Leading with Imperfection in association with SIESCOMS.

The leader is not a different kind of person, but every person is a    different kind of leader.

The colossal disconnect between leadership practice and leadership theories today has been a huge impediment in realizing one’s leadership potential. While the practice of leadership has undergone massive transformation; leadership theories continue showcasing models of perfect leadership and explaining it in terms of traits, values, philosophies, ethics or morality. There’s a need to realize that leaders are and have always been imperfect and that great leaders are not defined by the absence of weakness, but rather by the presence of clear strengths.
