Course Synopsis
This workshop provides everything that you need to get started with Agile and Scrum. Scrum is one of the largest and fastest growing Agile project management methodology. In addition to Scrum, the workshop will also focus on Lean and Kanban concepts on which modern Agile is based. Agile provides a totally different way to plan and manage projects and the results show tremendous productivity gains.

The objective of this workshop is to introduce agile in the practical manner and then discuss, experience & discover different agile frameworks and methodologies. This agile course introduces the key concepts, methods and tools used in Agile Project Management. Trainer Profile:
has over 27 years of global IT experience working with organizations such as Maersk India P. Ltd., Forbes Gokak Ltd., P&O Containers India P. Ltd. and Arjuna Information Management. His experience mainly lies in the area of Business Analysis, Project Management, Training. He is a Core Committee member of DevOps++ Alliance and Agile Testing Alliance.
A highly talented and accomplished IT Management professional with extensive skills and experience in Shipping and Domain knowledge. He has ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical personnel. He is knowledgeable in all financial and resource management aspects of shipping. He was in charge of IT training and requirement gathering at Maersk. He went to Singapore to train in
QIPM (Quality Improvement Process-Management) from Phil Crosby Associates. He was in the QIT (Quality Improvement Team) as Step sponsor. He was also in-charge of implementing the QES
(Quality Education System) across the organization. He handled QES training for Parent company
employees to be held in India. Excellent presentation and communication skills give him the ability to train and motivate cross-cultural teams in optimizing their performance levels. Valerian specializes in testing specially on the new age testing concepts in agile and DevOps.
He has been training for major MNCs and public courses since 1992, during this time he has trained on Basic computer principles, Systems Analysis & Design, Business Communication for Diploma in Computer Studies (DCS) and Diploma in Computer Management, Cambridge University level Courses and Systems Analysis & Design for Corporate level Batches (Indo German Chamber of Commerce).
